ForeverGreen Cannabis (“ForeverGreen,” “we,” “us,” “our”) operates forevergreen406.com and five licensed adult-use cannabis retail locations in Billings and Bozeman, Montana. This policy explains what personal information we collect, why we collect it, who we share it with, and the choices you have.

1. Who this policy covers
This policy applies to visitors to forevergreen406.com, customers who shop at our stores, members of the ForeverGreen Rewards program, and people who receive our text messages or emails.
It does not cover third-party websites we link to. Our online ordering menu is operated by Dutchie under its own privacy policy, and the information you give that platform is governed by Dutchie’s terms, not ours.
2. Information you give us
- Contact form submissions. Your name, email address, phone number, and the contents of your message.
- Rewards program enrollment. Your name, phone number, email address, and date of birth, used to verify eligibility, track points, and send birthday offers.
- Marketing sign-ups. Your phone number and email address when you opt in to hear from us.
- In-store purchases. Transaction records, and the information our point-of-sale and Montana’s seed-to-sale tracking system are required to capture.
- Correspondence. Anything you send us by phone, email, or social message, including feedback and complaints.
3. Information collected automatically
- Age verification. Our website asks you to confirm you are 21 or older before entering. We store a cookie recording that confirmation so you are not asked on every page. We do not retain a date of birth from this step.
- Analytics. We use Google Analytics to understand how people find and use the site. It collects your IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, time on page, and referring source. You can opt out with the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on.
- Server logs. Standard web server records including IP address, request time, and pages requested, kept for security and troubleshooting.
4. Information from third parties
We may receive information about you from our online ordering platform, our point-of-sale and loyalty vendors, and our messaging providers, limited to what those services need to share with us so we can fill your order or manage your account. We do not buy personal information from data brokers.
5. Age verification and identification
Montana law requires us to verify that every customer is 21 or older before entry or purchase. Our staff visually inspects, and where applicable scans, a valid government-issued photo ID. We use ID scanning only to confirm age and validity of the ID. We do not sell, rent, or share ID data with advertisers or data brokers.
6. Text messages
If you opt in to ForeverGreen text messages, we send promotional and informational messages about deals, events, and store news. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
- Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe. Reply HELP for assistance.
- Consent to receive marketing texts is not a condition of any purchase.
- We do not sell, rent, or share your mobile phone number or your SMS consent with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing purposes. Mobile numbers collected for SMS are shared only with the messaging vendors that deliver our messages on our behalf, and those vendors may not use the numbers for any other purpose.
- Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
7. Email
We send email newsletters and offers to people who have opted in. Every email includes an unsubscribe link. Unsubscribing from email does not remove you from text messages, or the reverse. Contact us if you want out of both.

9. How we share your information
We share personal information only in these circumstances:
- Service providers that run systems on our behalf: our website host, email and SMS platforms, point-of-sale and loyalty software, online ordering provider, and payment processors. They may use your information only to provide services to us.
- Regulators and law enforcement where required by Montana or federal law, including state cannabis tracking obligations, valid subpoenas, warrants, and court orders.
- Professional advisers such as our accountants, auditors, and attorneys, under duties of confidentiality.
- A successor entity if ForeverGreen is involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We have never done so.
11. Cookies and similar technologies
We use cookies for three purposes: to remember your age confirmation, to keep the site working correctly, and to measure traffic through Google Analytics. Most browsers let you block or delete cookies. Blocking the age-verification cookie means you will be asked to confirm your age on every visit.
12. How long we keep information
We keep contact form submissions for up to two years. Rewards program records are kept while your account is active plus three years. Transaction and compliance records are kept for the period Montana law requires. Marketing lists are kept until you opt out. Server logs are kept for a short rolling window.
13. Your choices and rights
- Opt out of texts: reply STOP to any message.
- Opt out of email: use the unsubscribe link in any message.
- Access, correct, or delete: contact us using the details below. We will respond within 30 days. We may need to keep records that Montana cannabis regulations require us to retain, and we will tell you if that applies.
- Leave the Rewards program: ask us and we will close your account. Unredeemed points are forfeited.
We will not discriminate against you for exercising any of these choices.
14. Children
Our website and our stores are intended only for people 21 and older. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 21. If you believe we have, contact us and we will delete it.
15. Security
We use industry-standard safeguards including encrypted connections, access controls, and vendor review. No system is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee the absolute security of information transmitted to us.
16. Links to other sites
This site links to third-party services, including our online ordering menu and the websites of brands we carry. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content, terms, or privacy practices.
17. Do Not Track
Browsers vary in how they send Do Not Track signals and there is no common standard for responding to them, so our site does not currently respond to them.
18. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy. Material changes will be posted here with a revised effective date at the top. Continuing to use the site or our services after a change means you accept the updated policy.
