408 Sugar Ave sits between State Avenue and King Avenue East, just west of I-90. From downtown Billings it is 1.7 miles, about eight minutes: head down S 27th Street, turn east on State Avenue, then south on Sugar Ave. Parking is right out front.
This is the working east edge of the South Side, with Pacific Steel and the truck and freight yards along Sugar Ave and King Avenue East. Garden Avenue and the Billings KOA are a couple of minutes away on the other side of the interstate.
